About This Pub
Ah, let me tell you about The Gurkha Corner Bar – it's one of those places that just sticks in your mind after a visit. Tucked away in Nuneaton, this spot does a cracking job of blending authentic Nepalese flavours with that classic pub charm, and honestly, the food is where it shines brightest; think mouthwatering dishes that transport you straight to the Himalayas, all served up in a welcoming setting. The team behind the bar are an absolute delight, always on hand with a friendly chat and top-notch service that makes you feel like part of the gang. It's also fantastic for hosting all sorts of gatherings, from intimate parties to bigger events, with spaces that really bring people together. On the flip side, the evening-only hours might catch you out if you're looking for a daytime pint, and if you're not into exploring new cuisines, it could feel a bit specialised compared to your average local. Still, for a solid night of good food, laughs, and maybe a game of pool, it's well worth seeking out – I'd say give it a go and see for yourself, you might just find your new favourite haunt!

Cons
-
The opening hours are mostly in the evenings, which might not suit everyone if you're after a spot for a quick lunch or daytime meet-up.
-
As it's focused on Nepalese cuisine, it might not appeal to those who prefer traditional British pub fare, so it could feel a tad niche for some tastes.
-
The location on Coton Road in Nuneaton is a bit out of the way, which means it might not be the easiest to pop into if you're not local.
