Stopped off here for brunch/lunch was a lovely sunny day so we sat outside though the inside looked awesome! Got the Korean chicken (starter) and the fries and both were great. Korean chicken had lots of flavour with a little spice. The staff were all really friendly and the food came quickly, would definitely go again to try more of the menu.
We were here for a wedding. The space was beautifully decorated. It looked gorgeous and rustic, perfect for photos. As vegans we felt pleasantly surprised by the amount of choices available to us. The starters and dessert in particular were nice. Service was great, everyone was attentive and helpful. The musician, Paul Tabor, that was playing was incredible. Overall we’d highly recommend it.

We spent mother’s day here tonight and it was incredible. Our server Teonie was brilliant, she was so polite and friendly to us all night and even helped us decide with our desserts. Such a beautiful place too filled with a great atmosphere and wonderful service. Tasty food and great drinks too—we’ll be back!!

Two days ago we celebrated our wedding by having a meal at the Botanist with 12 of our closest friends and family. From the first contact to the last our experience with everything and everyone was absolutely unbelievably amazing!! The food was beyond beautiful! Everything was cooked to perfection. We loved the personal touches and attention to detail! When every meal was delivered it was addressed to the correct person following our seating plan. We left two boxes of decorations the day before and the lovely Charlotte went above and beyond to make our space look beautiful, way more than I could of expected! Nothing was too much to ask we felt so welcome and relaxed with the team! Honestly I don't think we could have had a better experience or service even if we'd spent thousands and thousands! The whole team should be recognised and celebrated for being such kind, hard working people! True assets to your business! We can't wait to come back for anniversary meals.❤️ xx
Came in around 1800 with a reservation for 1830 got seated super fast anyway which was lovely. I had the cheeseburger with a side of flat bread, which normally is served with fries but had chips switched with no trouble. My partner had the pie of the day. Both were incredible and the service was near flawless. Jack, our server, was incredible with brilliant and professional banter also. For dessert (no pictures sorry) I had the sticky toffee pudding which again incredible and my partner had the cookie dough which was amazing. A truly satisfying meal.
The overall atmosphere of this delightful place is incredible. Very unique with an intimate feel and all round amazing.
Two courses with a cocktail each and a soft drink for a hair over 80 quid may seem pricey but I assure you it is well worth it.
