About This Pub

Ah, The Antwerp Arms – what a lovely little spot it is in the heart of Tottenham. I've got to say, it's one of those pubs that really captures the essence of community ownership, having been saved by the locals back in 2015, and you can feel that pride in every corner. The atmosphere is just spot on; it's bright, airy, and welcoming, with folks chatting away and enjoying themselves, whether it's over a pint of those excellent real ales from the Redemption brewery or during one of their lively events like live music or BBQs out front. Being so close to the stadium, it's brilliant for Spurs fans – you can pop in for a pre-match pint or stick around for the game on the telly, and it's great how they make space for away supporters too, keeping things friendly and inclusive. From the reviews I've seen, everyone's buzzing about the homemade food when it's available, though right now it's just YardSale pizzas on offer while they sort out a new kitchen setup, which is a bit of a shame if you're after a full meal. On the downside, it does get hectic on busy days, and they might not have enough staff behind the bar, leading to queues that could put a dampener on things. Plus, the opening times look a tad confusing, so I'd suggest checking online first to make sure it's open. All in all, it's a cracking place for a relaxed evening or a bit of community spirit, but like any pub, it's not perfect – still, the good far outweighs the not-so-good, and I'd definitely recommend giving it a go if you're in the area.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • It's a real gem of a community-owned pub in Tottenham, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
  • They've got a fantastic selection of real ales from the local Redemption brewery, perfect for anyone who loves a good pint.
  • The location's spot on, just a short walk from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and they show live games, making it ideal for match days or catching up with mates.
  • Everyone's made to feel welcome, whether you're a local or just popping in, and it's got that cosy, traditional vibe with events like live music and BBQs.
  • The overall ratings are spot on, with plenty of folks raving about the friendly crowd and the community spirit that shines through.
Cons
  • It can get a bit stretched on bar staff during busy times, like match days, which might mean a longer wait for your drink.
  • Food options are a tad limited at the moment, as they're between pop-up kitchens and only offering YardSale pizzas for now.
  • The operating hours seem a bit muddled from what I've seen, so it's worth double-checking before you head out to avoid any disappointment.

Great community pub in Tottenham, with energetic dancing to the amazing King Toadfish and the All Weather Riders playing.

Definitely the best spurs pub around! The only thing is there probably isn't enough bar staff for the amount of customers but its match day and its probably hard to find staff... lovely spot especially if the weather is good, away fans allowed and mingle nicely . Highly recommended 👌

This true community pub is everything that a pub should be. Incredibly friendly and welcoming, bright and airy, traditional and cosy, fantastic English (and international) food all homemade on site. Highly, highly recommend.

Went after a Saracens game at Spurs and wow! Friendly crowd, BBQ out front, good range of interesting beers and seating overlooking a park. What a find! Love this pub!

Visited this lovely little pub just before going to see rugby at the TH ground. Considering the number of people the service was great and the beer was even better! We will return next year when saracens host harlequins again at this wonderful stadium.
