About This Pub

Ah, Stadium Sports Bar – it's one of those places that really gets the blood pumping when you're there for a big game, isn't it? Tucked away just a four-minute stroll from Wembley Stadium, it's spot on for grabbing a pint and catching all the live action on their multitude of screens. I've heard from mates that the staff can be absolute gems, dishing out top-notch service and keeping the energy high, especially when you're settling in for a long session with a game of pool or enjoying the outdoor area. It's also great that they're mindful of everyone, with disabled access and being welcoming to families and even pets. But, let's be straight, it's not all cheers and high-fives; some folks have had a rough time with those entry fees that jump up unexpectedly, making you think twice about heading in. Then there's the beer situation – it can be a bit hit or miss, with the good stuff running out and leaving you with limited choices. Service-wise, it might feel a tad uneven if you're not a regular, and a few have noted it's not always the tidiest spot, which is a shame. Overall, though, if you're a sports fan up for a lively night out, it's worth giving it a go, just keep an eye on the event days and maybe plan ahead to avoid the pitfalls. What do you reckon – fancy checking it out for the next match?

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • It's conveniently located just a short walk from Wembley Stadium, making it perfect for popping in before or after a match.
  • They've got a fantastic setup for watching live sports, with screens everywhere so you won't miss a moment of the action.
  • The staff can be really lovely and attentive, especially when things are running smoothly, creating a welcoming vibe.
  • Plenty of facilities to enjoy, like a pool table and both indoor and outdoor spaces, plus it's family and pet-friendly which is a nice touch.
  • They stay open late, from 9am right through to the early hours, so you can make a full day or night of it.
Cons
  • Entry fees can be a bit of a sting, especially on event days when they hike them up to £10 or even £20 each – feels a tad cheeky at times.
  • The beer selection might leave you wanting more, with some reviews mentioning that the better options are often out of stock, leaving just the basics.
  • Service isn't always spot on; it seems they sometimes prioritise regulars, which can make things feel a bit unfair if you're just visiting.
  • A few folks have mentioned the place not looking its best, with comments about it not being as clean as you'd hope.
  • On busy days, things can get a bit chaotic with dynamic pricing and potential for poor organisation, leading to a less than ideal experience.

Won’t use this place again, very poor. The entry fee of £10 is a rip off, even having to pay for under 18s? I understand this increased to £20 each as it approached kick off - dynamic pricing!? Once you’re inside the better beers are all out, so you’re left with a limited choice of crap beers at a ridiculous cost of £9 a pint/bottle. There is always limited choice close to Wembley on match days, but this place is just ripping off punters. Use somewhere else.

Rip off. Charged us £10.00 each to get in... no draft, only carlsberg....poor service. We asked for refunds of our £10.00..and got them!. Do not use this bar..didnt look clean either.. i used this bar many years ago for a Madonna concert and it was great.. its gone downhill since then

Came after the semi final hoping to catch the boxing game in turn to eat and drink myself and my two sons We were told it would cost us £20 each to get in by an obnoxious guy at the open front whilst what only can be described his pals Were dancing around behind him. There were no notice or indication of a charge so we refused and walked away

Fantastic sports bar situated close to Wembley stadium/arena. Lovely staff and great service. Top place for watching football and a lovely pint of Guinness

Pub that’s near Wembley. Does what it says on the tin. Staff somewhat tend to serve locals/regulars first. But the pub itself has everything you need. Draft pints, a pool table and TVs for sports.
