About This Pub
Ah, Shuttle in Paisley – it's one of those places that really grows on you once you step inside. From what I've gathered from folks' experiences, it's a solid spot for grabbing a bite and catching the latest match on the big screens, with three bars and plenty of entertainment to keep things entertaining. The food menu stands out with tasty options like their pizzas and some appetisers that get rave reviews, and those table packages for groups, like the Gal Pals deal with Tequila Rose, sound like a laugh for a get-together. It's moderately priced too, which is always a plus when you're out for a casual evening. On the flip side, though, it's not all perfect – a few mates have mentioned that some dishes can be hit or miss, with pasta turning up cold or lacking in flavour, and portions that don't quite justify the cost. Still, the service comes across as warm and efficient, and the overall cleanliness makes you feel at ease. If you're heading out for a pint and some grub, I'd say give it a go; it's got that community feel in Paisley, but just keep in mind it might not be the place for a fancy dinner – more your reliable local for good times with friends.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The food hits the spot, especially the pizzas and starters like garlic bread and meat feasts – they're spot on and make for a proper satisfying meal.
-
It's got a brilliant atmosphere with live sports on big screens, making it a top spot to catch the game with mates over some beers and good vibes.
-
They offer fantastic deals and packages, like the Boozy Brunch or table options, which are perfect for a fun night out without breaking the bank.
-
The service is generally friendly and efficient, and the place feels clean and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience.
Cons
-
Some dishes can be a bit inconsistent – like pasta that arrives cold or ends up bland, which takes the edge off an otherwise good meal.
-
Portions don't always feel worth the price, such as small servings of chicken strips that might leave you wanting more for the money.
-
There are occasional misses with flavours, like tangy pasta that tastes cheap or burned sausages, so it's not always a guaranteed win.
-
While it's lively, a few reviews mentioned it being quiet at times, which might not suit everyone looking for a buzzing pub scene.

Great place. First time I have been there but had such a good time.
Pizza takeout was excellent. Looks like a nice quiet place to eat out at in the day time. Seems to be very popular pub and cosy table seated feeding retreat. Bookings not required. Recommending the garlic bread spicy Mexican and the meat feast pizzas. I'll be back !
First time trying for something different.
Chicken strips and mozzarella sticks were good but not for 4 bits each for around £5. Cajun pasta was tangy like cheap cream cheese with processed chicken. New York sausage pasta was bland and sausage was burned black. Pizzas were standard, nicely cooked but the same processed chicken used in the pasta.
Go for drinks. Avoid for food / takeaway.
We waited around 20 minutes for our food which I think is very reasonable considering the 50% dine out deal was running.
The food we had was amazing!
Everything was very clean so I had no concerns and felt very safe, the condiments were in disposable sachets so there's no risk of cross contamination.
The girl at the door with longer blond hair was so inviting and told us everything we had to know as we hadn't went out for dinner since before lockdown, including how to use the new app service they are using to minimise contact.
Wasn't too busy but started to pick up around half 6 as we were leaving.

Great service in here, the food has been better on previous visits. My pasta was put in a cold dish, so by the time it came to the table it was cold :( my friends pasta dish could've also been warmer, but a small issue overall. The cocktails are nice and they have a nice little area for kids & babies to play
