About This Pub
Ah, the Kilton Inn – it's one of those classic pubs that you might pop into for a quick catch-up with mates, tucked away on Kilton Road in Worksop. From what I've gathered, the place has a warm, friendly feel to it, with staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and they've nailed the drinks selection with plenty of lagers and spirits on tap. It's open every day from midday till midnight, which is handy for a spontaneous evening out. But, and it's a big but, some folks have had a right moan about the noise from live music blaring out and disturbing the neighbourhood – imagine trying to get the kids to bed with that racket! Plus, there are niggles like blocked pavements that don't sit well, and it's a shame they don't serve any food, as that could really round off the experience. Overall, it's got that solid 4.4 rating going for it, suggesting it's a winner for many, but if you're sensitive to sound or fancy a bite, you might want to weigh that up before heading in.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The staff are really welcoming and create a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
-
They've got a solid selection of lagers and spirits, perfect for a relaxing pint or a cheeky gin after a long day.
Cons
-
The music can get far too loud, especially with live bands, which has upset locals and made it hard for families nearby to enjoy some peace.
-
There's no food on offer, which might leave you a bit peckish if you're after a proper meal with your drink.
-
Issues like vans blocking the pavement show a lack of consideration for passers-by, which could put a dampener on your visit.

My children are being forced to stay awake due to the loud music and total disrespect of the staff not keeping the volume of the music to a respectable level I think this is appalling as there is many families that live close to this pub and I’m near the manton sports club and can still hear it clear as day a report to council for noise pollution i think
No respect for local community as live bands keep turning the music up and down to the point we can hear the music clearly past bracebridge high hoe road
I can't say anything for the pub itself, however it is utterly disgusting that they allow this day in day out, this van has been entirely blocking the pavement for hours! If pedestrians aren't important to them I wouldn't trust them with anything else either.
Once again I was parked up close to the Kilton. Sadly I entered on a day there was a wake,, but still made welcome. Good selection of lagers and spirits. While they have John Smith's smooth and one other similar beer they don't have any real ale. So Gin it was.
They don't serve food but were ok with me ordering a takeaway.
