This is such a good pub. Large, comfortable, with pool tables, large screens for fútbol, great food and booze. On winter cold evenings, I could live here
Went there for the champion's league and the place was full of football fans all having the full experience of supporting a team (ups and downs). Unfortunately their team lost but the vibes were great! The beers were awesome...There were new taps which meant more beers including Guinness, Camden beers, Cider and other beers, plus deals on shots and fantastic Thai food! The staff were friendly and made the football fans there (and non football fans alike) feel very welcome and served quickly. The garden is HUGE. Overall just a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!
Love coming here whether it’s for a quick drink after work or for a Sunday roast! Does not disappoint, crackling on the pork was crispy and everything on the plate was delicious. Always friendly staff :)
Our bridal shower in the Pink Party Room was great! The whole day went fab and the Bride was super happy with what we had in store for her. Huge thank you to Emma & Veronica (and another lady who helped but I didn't catch her name) as these 3 ladies looked after us extremely well. They really catered to our needs for the day and made everything super smooth from when we were setting up the decor, to helping us with music/Wi-Fi, bringing out the food and more. The food went down a treat, thanks to the chef for the extra prawn crackers. We felt very comfortable at the venue which added to our amazing time there. I'd like to personally thank Abby (from the bookings team) with all her support on making this happen. You really made all the behind the scenes work effortless.
Hosted my friend’s bridal shower in the Pink Room. Such a great space to host an intimate bridal shower and the pink theme makes it even better as I was able to decorate according to the room’s aesthetic. The lighting is phenomenal especially if you want to take photos. The food was delicious, we were even allowed to take some food away as the team provided us with take away boxes. The team on the day such as Dev, the assistant manager, Becca (who I was corresponding over emails) and everyone else were incredibly helpful. The only negative is the cleanliness. When I had a viewing of the place I noticed the place wasn’t as cleaned, so I mentioned this via emails to ensure that on the day the place would be cleaned. Unfortunately, on the day the toilets were dirty, there were boxes behind the private bar left over from what seemed to be a party from last night, and some of the plates provided were dirty. But the team were so kind and cleaned these areas and provided us with new plates when I addressed it to them. I would still recommend this place but the cleanliness needs improvement.
