Went today while shopping at Cheshire Oaks. This Harry Ramsdens is good quailty as you would expect and all the staff were super friendly and ensured everything was just right for our meals.

I've visited this restaurant a few times before, and it's known for its good traditional British fish and chips. However, this time the fish was oily. The waiter offered me a refund, which I declined. I let the fish sit for a while to absorb the oil, and then the chef came over and replaced it with a drier piece. The staff are nice which I have seen many times.
