Burger box lady very rude. I wanted to order a kids meal but the machine didn't have the option so I waited 5 minutes for the staff to free up after telling the man as I could see they are busy then reminded them I was waiting and the lady told me I don't need to wait and can use the machine, I explained had already spoke to the man and explained it doesn't let me order kids meal. She then proceeded to shout she is busy and I'll have to wait as I should be able to see she is busy. The gentleman did take my order in a friendly manner not too long after but even whilst he was serving me she was shouting to him for an update on a diff food order. I thanked the lady for my food which she muttered not to thank her and swore about me to her colleague and then continued to be aggressively rude when i advised she shouldn't be in customer service treating people like that. She also told me that the american hot dog doesn't come with crispy dried onions and only fried ( i don't eat fried onions) She called my husband "my silly boyfriend" when he came over to see why a lady there to take orders and serve food was shouting at a 6 month pregnant lady. Manager at under the oak listened to my concerns however I still feel people should be aware of the lady at burger box reacts when under pressure from alot of orders, whilst I was stood waiting to order at least 6 more people ordered on the self service machine so they were clearly going to be busy. I am an adult not a teenager, I left cheshire oaks after this service and totally ruined my trip. Self service machines are there for convenience but they also have a til for a reason should people need to order via this method. If the self service machine had kids meals on I wouldn't have needed to interact with her at all.

Look like Christmas season bar building, while walk in similar “slug & Luttuce “ decorations. We order pizza , fresh baked ( but only large size , no small ) , order 2 pint of beer (13.50 ) , a bit pricey. Summer times maybe more enjoy .

Had a burger box meal with 2 patties for £9. Great value. Really tasty double cheeseburger with 5 topping. The fries were nice too. Staff were very friendly and polite. Food was fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend. The burger was a touch salty for me, (but that’s just being ultra picky). My wife ate from the Greek bar, she loved hers too. Thanks to the team! Keep up the great work 🍔 🍟 🥤
