Emmanuel is the most friendly barman we have come across at the goose. We come into the goose at least 3 times a week in our 3rd year at university. So I have known him for a while and have always had a good experience. He is always kind even when it ie busy. He really makes us feel welcome. We always like to see his friendly face at the bar because we know we will receive quick and efficient service no matter what time of the day it is. He is an asset to your team and you are lucky to have him.
Great pub in the heart of selly oak, with a super lively atmosphere and DJ on weekends. The best place to watch live sports and has excellent deals on food as well as student drinks. Fantastic friendly staff are always super welcoming and attentive also. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to watch sports even rugby lol 😂 extremely busy on evenings due to students area but thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍👍 the landlady ain’t bad either

my steak and chips came with a really tough steak that i couldnt cut let alone chew
