Pretty overpriced entry for a mediocre venue. Not much atmosphere and overpriced beer. Moreover, the beer I ordered tasted pretty terrible (pretty off). Would probably not revisit.

Went to see my sons band, Lawman's Legacy, got to the top of the stairs to be met with a really quirky room with leather Chesterfields and lampshades with different coloured light bulbs and a really nice relaxed vibe. With a professional looking stage located over the stairs. Great atmosphere with nice people. The young guy behind the bar was a credit to Claptrap, very friendly and jovial. We had a great night and will visit again. To cap it all off Lawman's Legacy went down a storm to an appreciative supporting audience. Thanks All.

Sunday night Shenanigans open mic nights at Claptrap the venue are a wonderful shop window for local musical talent, both solo artists and bands, as full back line and drum kit are available on stage . Sound engineering is also provided to give your act the best sound! There is an appreciative audience every Sunday night, so if you fancy sharing your talents with like-minded folk, get in touch and book a slot.

Went to Stourbridge to see French Boutik at Claptrap. What a great little venue, upstairs in the High Street. Good stage and imaginative decor. Friendly staff with a good selection of drinks. The sound quality was very good. We all need to support great live music venues like this, wherever they are.
