About This Pub
Oh, let me tell you about Ciao Bella – it's this lovely Italian spot in Romford that's really hit the mark for me. The food is just brilliant; we're talking perfectly crafted pasta that's full of authentic flavours and pizzas that strike that ideal balance of fresh ingredients, making every bite feel like a treat. What stands out most is the service – the team is so warm and engaging, always ready with a smile and even a joke or two, which makes the whole experience feel personal and fun. It's a snug place with comfortable seating, great for settling in with mates for a chat over dinner, and they've got some cracking mid-week offers that keep things affordable without skimping on quality. On the flip side, if you're in the mood for a proper pub crawl with ales on tap and a buzzing crowd, it might not quite deliver that energy, as it's more geared towards a relaxed restaurant setting. Still, for anyone looking for a solid, enjoyable evening with top-notch grub and attentive hosts, I'd say it's well worth a visit – you might just find yourself coming back for more!

I had a lovely lunch at Ciao Bella, and what truly made the experience special was the service from Saba from Albania. He was warm, funny, and really tried his best to make everything perfect. When I asked about the alcohol content in the white wine and he said “17%”, I joked that I might as well order a shot instead — we both had a good laugh! The food was delish, full of flavour and beautifully presented. It’s little moments like that which make dining out memorable. I’d definitely return, especially to be served by Saba again. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and even better service!
Very cosy little place. Came with my partner ordered from the mid week menu offer. Food was outstanding, practically licked the plates clean. Service was nice, atmosphere even better. Most importantly to me, the seats were comfy and not too crowded.
Perfect place 10/10
The food was so delicious that we forgot to take pictures before eating! The food came out so quickly and was piping hot and fresh. Service was lovely and prompt, the waitress was very kind and accommodating!
We had the Italian Meatballs starter, the Bella pizza, the Chicken Milanese with spaghetti and finished off with the Panna Cotta.
I highly recommend all of these dishes, they were so delicious, honestly the best Italian food that we have had in a very long time!
