About This Pub
Ah, the Chapel House in Haughton Green – what a delightful spot it is for a casual pint or a bite to eat with mates. From what I've gathered, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome; they're polite, professional, and even remember your usual order, which just adds to that homely feel. The food stands out as a real highlight – think fresh, home-cooked meals like cracking breakfasts and Sunday roasts, all at prices that won't set you back much, making it ideal for a family outing or a quick meal. Plus, with a spacious beer garden and covered seating, it's brilliant for soaking up the fresh air on a sunny day or dodging the rain. On the flip side, the opening times can be a bit restrictive on quieter days, so you might find yourself caught out if you're hoping for a spontaneous midweek visit. And while it's got a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, it might not be the place for those after a high-energy night with loads of entertainment options. All in all, it's a solid choice if you're after a genuine, unpretentious pub experience in the area – I'd say give it a go for the community spirit and those affordable treats.

Cons
-

-

-
Not much mentioned about a wide range of drinks or events, so if you're seeking variety beyond the usual, it could disappoint

We recently met with friends here for breakfast, it was excellent, freshly cooked to order and the service, despite there being 9 of us, was superb, we're moving into the area in a couple of weeks and looking forward to enjoying many more breakfasts here, and the odd pint too I hope.
