First time visiting since 2017 when let's just say it was a haven for drug heads. How ever on my visit today I can't tell you how pleased and excellent the service and the atmosphere was 1000% completely different experience. Met the landlady Coady friendly, really wants to give the place a good go. Personally I wish her and her staff every success and I urge people to give this place another go. Good luck Coady...see you soon.
Brilliant atmosphere great staff .I only have one fault with the place. There is no central heating in the place. The staff and customers are freezing. Alot of people go home sometimes as its to cold .this needs sorting before the really cold weather comes

Love this place. Always friendly down to earth staff. I have a business on site, separate to The Lounge so it's handy for the locals to drop in.
When I've worked late, the music is good, happy and energetic environment for the all-nighters.
And now, they're licensed to let kids through the door.
You can rent the floor for private venues (as I will be). Good business and recommend for a quiet drink by day, or partying by night.
Very well polited staff, very child friendly the kids love it. Lots of promotions which always welcomes people to join in the fun, keep it up guys your doing a brilliant job and thank you for making us feel welcome xx
Brilliant live music venue in Ilkeston. Good variety of bands of different styles. Good selection of beers and always a loud and enthusiastic audience. Doesn't normally get busy until about half 9 so better going later on if you want it busy.
