The waitress was lovely and helpful. However, the atmosphere could have been better. The food was adequate, though not exceptional. The order took approximately an hour to arrive. The coke tasted watered down, and I believe two of the papadums were stale. I'm afraid I'm unlikely to return. I was disappointed, as I had hoped the food would taste as good as it looked.
I recently visited this Indian restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The waitress, Charlie, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time to explain each dish to us, which was greatly appreciated.
For starters, we ordered the prawns and mix meat platter, both of which were delicious and perfectly cooked. For our main course, we decided on the mushroom rice and lamb curry, along with the peshwari naan and keema naan. Everything was incredibly flavorful and the portion sizes were generous.
Not only was the food delicious, but the prices were also very reasonable which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and tasty Indian cuisine. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Big venue. The food is excellent. We had the menu for 2, but we were able to change the sort of rice and one of the mains. Very obliging and helpful. Charlie, the manageress, is a diamond, makes you feel special and is so efficient, she would be an asset to any business.
I was told 2 hours for my food but was 3 hours. When it arrived it was cold and the wrong food was delivered. Very disappointed. Would not order from here again. I appreciate it was valentine's, but don't say 2 hours only for it to be 3 hours wait and cold and wrong food delivered. This does not look like madras
Amazing food which was great value for money and fantastic customer service by both Charlie and Gabby who created a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere! I would highly recommend and will be returning soon!
