We recently visited Miller & Carter Steakhouse for a family meal, hoping for a nice dining experience. Between us, we ordered a variety of dishes including the beef burgers, chicken burgers, cod, and ribs. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to our expectations.
The chicken burgers were particularly disappointing the chicken was extremely dry and lacked any real flavour or juiciness. It felt overcooked and underseasoned, which made it hard to enjoy. The cod was also underwhelming it didn’t have much taste and the texture wasn’t great either not what you’d hope for from a restaurant of this standard.
The beef burgers and the ribs were decent, but nothing that stood out. They were just okay not bad, but not memorable either. For the price we paid, we were expecting much better quality and a more enjoyable overall experience.
It’s a shame because we were really looking forward to the meal, but sadly it didn’t hit the mark for us. We probably won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
Lovely dinner for my son’s birthday, food and service was excellent. Maggie our waitress was really great, very helpful and attentive, she also brought out a little birthday treat and candle for my son, much appreciated

Visited Miller and Carter on Saturday night. Our waitress was Jasmine, she was lovely, explained our order, made allowances for my allergy. Really nice atmosphere. It was busy but the staff turned over the tables effortlessly. Would definately recommend to everyone and anyone. Food is amazing!!!
Great visit!
We were given a warm welcome on arrival. Seated quickly. All staff were friendly, efficient, hard working and super helpful. Our meal was gorgeous and served fresh, well presented and very tasty!
Out waitress Estela is wonderful. She has waited on me several times. Every visit, her customer service, work ethic and friendliness is consistently of a very high standard. She works so hard to create a wonderful guest experience.
