About This Pub

Ah, The Bridge Hotel in Greenford – it's one of those places that feels like a proper local haunt mixed with a handy hotel stay, right in the heart of West London. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the staff really shine through; they're quick to help and make you feel right at home, whether it's holding your bags or fixing a room hiccup. The rooms are comfy enough for a good night's kip, with free WiFi and pet-friendly options that make it ideal if you're on a budget trip with the dog in tow. Plus, being so close to all the action means you can easily nip out for some exploring or catch one of their fun events, like comedy nights or Wembley gigs – it's got that lively pub energy without being overwhelming. On the flip side, though, it's not all smooth sailing; a few folks have mentioned some rooms feeling a bit neglected, with dust, mould, or dirty bits that could spoil your visit if you're picky about cleanliness. And while the bar and restaurant seem decent for a casual meal, the variety in room quality means you might luck out or not, depending on what you get. All in all, it's a solid choice for a no-fuss overnight or a pint with mates, but I'd say it's worth double-checking on the room details to avoid any surprises – keeps things balanced and honest, doesn't it?

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The staff are absolutely brilliant – they're friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, like that chap who sorted out a room issue straight away.
  • Rooms are generally comfy with nice beds and pillows, plus perks like free WiFi and being pet-friendly, which is a real bonus if you're travelling with your four-legged mate.
  • It's in a cracking spot in West London, making it easy to pop out for a wander or catch some events, and they've got a good lineup of things like comedy nights and nearby attractions.
  • The bar and restaurant offer a solid bite to eat, with options for breakfast and more, adding to that relaxed pub atmosphere you can settle into.
Cons
  • Some rooms can be a bit disappointing on the cleanliness front, with a few mentions of dust, dirty sheets, or even mould, which puts a damper on things.
  • Not every room has the modern touches you'd hope for, like air conditioning or smart TVs, so you might end up in one that's a tad outdated.
  • There are occasional gripes about maintenance, such as dirty glasses or inconsistent standards, which could leave you wishing for a bit more polish.

Rooms were dusty and dirty, carpet not hoovered, dirty bed sheets, hair in the top of the plug hole and mould on the bathroom ceiling. Pot and glasses were dirty, there was mouth prints on all the glasses. I used a napkin to see if it was that and not scratches. After wiped around the top of my glass it was much cleaner!! We had a double bed, my partner slept under the wall lamp on his side and with switches covered by his pillows, constantly banged his head getting up in the night!!! Definitely would stay again, nor would I recommend!

We stay here frequently for work and always have a pleasant time. The rooms vary, some are a bit more modern than others: some have a bath, some don’t, some have AC, others don’t, and some have a smart tv so you can login to your Netflix etc whilst others don’t! If these things are a plus for you, you can request and they always try to accommodate. The beds are comfortable and the location is really convenient for us, only a 15 min walk to the Greenford station where you can get the central line. Also the free parking is a huge plus! Would stay here again and again and recommend.

My wife and I from Canada, stayed here last week for a couple nights. Rooms were nice and clean, very comfy bed and pillows. We arrived for check in early and the gent at the front desk was kind enough to hold our bags behind the front desk so we could go for a walk unburdened. Bar staff was wonderful, very happy to help. We had a couple meals there and the food was good and fair price! Close to just hop on the highway or also about a 10 minutes walk to groceries or shops.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Bridge Hotel in Greenford! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Andrew at reception, whose friendly and professional demeanour immediately made us feel at home. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. During our evenings at the hotel pub, Lai, the bartender truly stood out. Her warm attitude, engaging conversation, and genuine hospitality created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. She made everyone feel like a regular, and her service was second to none. Both Andrew and Lai are a credit to The Bridge – their dedication to making guests feel comfortable and valued really made our stay special. Highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic staff and welcoming vibe.

I recently stayed at the Bridge Hotel, and I must say the service was outstanding. We experienced an issue with the heater in our room, and since my father was feeling cold, we reached out for assistance. Anthony, a staff member, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He quickly arranged for us to change rooms, ensuring my father’s comfort and our peace of mind. His friendly and attentive approach made us feel truly cared for. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at the Bridge Hotel if you’re looking for a place where your needs are respected and taken care of. Thank you, Anthony, and the team for making our stay such a positive experience!
