About This Pub
Ah, Station31, part of the Bombay Chow family in Wembley – it's one of those places that really captures the buzz of Indian street food mixed with a dash of Indo-Chinese flair, and I've got to say, it's a fun spot to pop into with friends for a bite. The fusion dishes are spot on, like those juicy Tandoori Wings or the Calcutta paneer that folks rave about; they pack in so much taste, it's like a little taste of India's diverse culinary scene right here in London. The staff are dead welcoming too, which makes the atmosphere feel warm and inviting, especially if you're up for watching the game with a cold one. But, let's be honest, it's not all perfect – some have mentioned portions being a tad small, and there've been a few grumbles about service not quite living up to the hype, like when a simple complaint gets brushed off. Still, with that solid overall feel from the crowd, it's worth giving it a go if you're after something a bit different, just keep your expectations in check for the finer details and you'll likely have a great time.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The Indo-Chinese fusion dishes are a real treat, with standout items like the crispy Lollipops and tasty Tandoori Wings that bring a burst of authentic flavours straight from the streets of Mumbai and Kolkata.
-
The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in, which adds a lovely touch to the whole experience.
-
It's got a vibrant atmosphere with a mix of Indian classics and sports bar vibes, perfect for catching up with mates over some hearty, fresh-tasting food.
Cons
-
Portions can be a bit skimpy at times, like with the fried noodles, which might leave you feeling short-changed after ordering.
-
Service isn't always spot on, with a few reports of unhelpful responses when things go wrong, which can dampen an otherwise enjoyable visit.
-
Some dishes don't quite hit the mark on authenticity, such as the ready-mix masala chai that falls short of expectations for a proper Indian cuppa.

Had an amazing experience at Station 31 (Bombay Chow), a spot that truly nails the Indo-Chinese fusion. We ordered the Masala Peanuts, Tandoori Wings, Tandoori Chicken, and Lollipops – and every bite packed a punch.
The Lollipops were the absolute highlight – crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavour. Easily some of the best we’ve had! The tandoori items were beautifully spiced and grilled to perfection, and the masala peanuts were perfect combination of spicy and a great way to start the meal.
The ambiance is vibrant and energetic, perfect for a casual night out. If you’re craving bold, spicy, and satisfying Indo-Chinese food, Station 31 is a must-visit.
Ordered a manchow soup and the fried noodles they gave was not even handful. When called them to let them know, they replied that this is our normal portion. Poor service and poor food portions. Order at your own risk!
I recently attended this establishment for a joint birthday and leaving celebration with a small group. As a food business owner, I was genuinely looking forward to the food and atmosphere—but I was left incredibly disappointed.
To my shock, a waiter informed us that there had been a complaint that we were "too noisy." In 56 years, I have never been spoken to so rudely in a restaurant. We were seated at our table first, enjoying ourselves respectfully, when a small family was seated nearby. They kept glaring at us the entire evening, clearly unhappy with our presence, and ultimately ruined what should have been a joyful night.
While the waiter did later apologise, the damage was done. I will not be returning to an establishment where my party and I are made to feel unwelcome.
Delicious Indian food! The flavors were amazing, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place!
Had lunch here.
We had many items, they had a ready mix masala chai and didn’t have an authentic Indian masala chai. So we switched to other options.
The Calcutta paneer was amazing, the non veg platter was also really good.
We had Hakka noodles, chapati, methi chicken, chilly chicken.
Everything was good but could be more flavourful. We felt it was toned down a bit, a little more spice and flavour will make it feel more genuine for Indian tastebuds.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The service was good too. Quantity was good!
