About This Pub

Ah, the Nobody Inn, it's one of those pubs that just feels like a welcoming haven in Grantham, doesn't it? From what I've gathered from the buzz around, folks absolutely rave about the beers – that range of real ales and lagers is spot on, and it's clear it's a highlight for anyone who appreciates a good pint. The atmosphere is another winner; it's cosy and full of character, with quirky bits that give it real personality, making it perfect for a relaxed catch-up or a lively night out with live music and sports keeping things buzzing. Service-wise, it's all smiles and efficiency, which really adds to the charm. On the flip side, though, it's not without its little niggles – the stout selection is a bit limited beyond the usual Guinness, so if that's your thing, you might find yourself settling for alternatives. And that famous quirky door to the toilets? It's a laugh once you know it, but it could trip up newcomers and leave them scratching their heads. Plus, with the website being out of action, it's not the easiest to get the lowdown online before you go. All in all, it's a solid choice for a great night, especially if you're in the area, but keeping those minor flaws in mind will help set expectations right.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The beer selection is absolutely brilliant, with a fantastic range of real ales and lagers that really hit the spot.
  • It's got such a warm and cosy atmosphere, full of quirky features that make it feel unique and inviting.
  • They often have live music and sports on, which adds to the lively vibe and keeps things entertaining.
  • The service is spot on – friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
  • Convenient location near Asda and Lidl, with free parking options nearby, which is a real bonus for popping in after shopping.
Cons
  • The beer choices could be a bit more varied, especially for stouts – it's mostly Guinness, which might leave some wanting more options.
  • That quirky door to the toilets is a fun touch, but it can be a bit confusing if it's your first visit, potentially leading to a awkward moment or two.
  • The website seems to be playing up and isn't accessible, which might make it tricky to check menus or events before heading over.

Quirky little place, with free parking if you park in the Asda car park and walk across. I do like the range of real ales and the choices of lagers. Live music and a TV to keep you entertained. The door to get up to the toilets is a nice touch, but not good if you've never been to this pub and you're desperate for the toilet! 🤣

A great independent pub in Grantham town centre (near Asda). Full of quirky features, such as door to the toilets !)

Lively atmosphere and great service - Conveniently located near 2 superstores - Asda & Lidl. Comfortable seating options available indoors and outdoors. Would've loved a stout beer (other than Guinness), and settled for a Doom Bar Ale 🙂
