Avoid as you paying for the decor not food.
7 of us came here and wanted to try the Ramadan menu. The waitress immediately said “it’s not available” because they don’t have the pea soup. Why not offer alternative to that? likely as they wanted to upsell their normal menu
Food:
So I then opted for the Lamb Chops meal (£28) of which I was told were not the standard small chops. As you can see the 4 chops were minuscule and mislead on. Lack of flavour, 2/3 of the plate full of salads and the portion of rice was a joke.
Service:
Though the waiters were friendly the service was slow and we had to call on the waiters to take our orders, they did not check up on at all.
It’s clear that they favour the other side of the restaurant which caters to the drinkers in the bar area.
Conclusion:
Avoid at all cost as you are able to get better Turkish food at a kebab shop and not feel like you have been ripped off.

I don’t even know where to start. From booking with DeRoya to the end of the dinner, everything was just amazing. The flavours and presentation of everything we ordered was bussin. The Rock prawns Omds 😍

Atmosphere was nice & the food was good too. Definitely recommend the Mac & cheese, 4 of us went & 4 of us got it as a side, we had to take it to go as we were full up by the mains. My main was the mixed shish which was okay tbh. It was served with a lot of salad but not much rice. Dessert options could be expanded. I got the vanilla icecream which I really wouldn’t recommend, it was just so basic & tasted very cheap (the portion was big though!). The staff were really lovely though, smiley & very attentive. Towards the end, there were additional things added onto our tab which we never would’ve realised as we planned on splitting the bill until a friend decided to pay separately and it caught my eye. It would’ve been an additional £30 but the man at the front was very understanding. Overall, despite a few nags, I would come here w friends/as a work party. Also cute photo taking opportunities throughout the restaurant.
I visited this restaurant today for a birthday celebration, and it was absolutely amazing! My parents had such a great time—they were singing and even dancing to the enjoyable music. The atmosphere was lively and so much fun, perfect for a celebration. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish exceeded our expectations. The restaurant also has plenty of space, which was great for accommodating our group. I’m already looking forward to coming back, not just for the food but for the wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend it!
Hubby and I visited this restaurant for lunch yesterday and we were not disappointed. Service was faultless, the food was delicious and the De Roya Punch cocktails were expertly made. We both had the cheese rolls to start followed by the crispy chicken burger. Everything was reasonably priced and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We shall definitely be back.
