About This Pub
Oh, let me tell you about the Crown Inn – it's one of those pubs that just hits the spot for a good night out without any fuss. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the staff, particularly Rob, are just lovely; they're always up for a chat and make sure you're looked after with quick service and a smile that brightens the place up. The beers are spot on, with a solid selection that keeps things interesting, and that massive beer garden is a real treat, especially on a nice day – imagine kicking back with mates in the sunshine. It's brilliant for catching the game too, with big screens everywhere so you won't miss a thing. On the flip side, it's a bit of a shame there's no clear info on when they're open or a proper website to check updates, which could leave you hanging if you're trying to plan ahead. And while the reviews are all glowing, it does seem like it's been quiet on that front recently, so I'm not entirely sure if it's still as lively as it used to be. All in all, if you're in Worcester and fancy a pint in a welcoming spot, I'd say give it a go – it's got that community spirit that's hard to beat, but just keep in mind it might need a bit more online love to stay on top.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The staff are absolutely brilliant, especially Rob the landlord – he's a genuine gem who makes everyone feel right at home with his warm welcomes and friendly chats.
-
The atmosphere is spot on; it's relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for a casual catch-up or watching the footy on those large screens – plenty of options for whatever's on.
-
They've got a cracking selection of beers and lagers, all top quality, and that beer garden is an absolute winner – huge space that's ideal for a sunny afternoon pint.
-
It's clear from the reviews that they go the extra mile for events, like that Remembrance Day do with free food and drinks; sounds like a proper community hub.
Cons
-
There's no info on operating hours, which makes it a bit of a faff to plan a visit – you'd have to pop by and check or hope for the best.
-
The place doesn't have a website or much of an online presence, so it's not the easiest to find details or keep up with what's happening there.
-
It seems like things have gone a tad quiet lately with no recent reviews, which might mean it's not as buzzing as it once was, or perhaps folks just aren't leaving feedback anymore.

Amazing pub! Great service, great atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend
The crown is great pub. Great quality lager and beer and the atmosphere is welcoming. The highlight is the staff - Rob the landlord is a genuine lovely guy and the staff are brilliant: very short waiting times and service with a smile. One of the best pubs in Worcester
AMAZING local pub. The most fabulous & friendly landlord & nice bar staff. Atmosphere was lovely and the garden is huge. best beer garden 👌
Remembrance day.
One of the best experiences as a Veteran I have had, good free food a free drink and unlimited shots of port. Staff run off their feet but big smiles and always a smile and banter. Top Mark's.
Went with friends to watch football. Several large TV screens so you have a good view wherever you sit. Rugby was on too so one end of the pub was showing that. Several coupless in the pub, atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.
Rob, the landlord, was welcoming, and has a decent choice of beers and lagers.
I'll definitely visit again
